Throughout my professional career, I have taken many indicator and/or personality type tests. I have always found the results fascinating, and usually pretty dead on. In addition, my scores always seem to be of interest to other people as well. For instance, after joining the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO), it quickly became a guessing game amongst my group members what my Meyers-Briggs score was; “I think she is an ENFP,” said one of them. At the time, I had no idea what that “alphabet soup” meant, but I soon found out the value in taking such indicator tests, both for my own personal understanding and self-growth and for building a strong cohesive team around me.
